But in real life, as a foreigner, it is difficult to hear such a statement. This grammar usually appears in business situations, especially when facing critical issues.
This statement is always pasted on specific objects as warning signs.
Because in daily life, you talk to friends like this:
今日は雨が降りそうだ。It looks like rain today.
You will never use "恐れがある" because it is so strange as if you are saying something important.
